What’s your daily routine like for working?

I have always believed how exercise releases ‘happy hormones’, hence, a month into quarantine and 10 months post-partum, I renewed my daily workout routine habit. My typical working day starts with doing a 30 minute HIIT or resistance training. This now gives me the needed endorphins to face the xx working hours needed for the day to accomplish my To Dos, finish reports and actively participate in meetings and discussions with the team and different people from the organization.

What do you do to recharge each day?

Although [still] physically tiring – shifting into my “mommy hat” after a full shift helps me recharge. It is fulfilling to witness the milestones of my 1 year old and the adventures of my 9 nine year old.

Of course, once they are asleep – full recharge comes after adding things to my cart and carrying out my online shopping needs.

What do you miss most about being in the office?

The PEOple! I miss being surrounded by people – the face to face meetings, lunch room talks and quick trips to the Hub to get SB and Potato Corner.

What's the first thing you'll do when we return to office?

PHOTO SHOOT! I miss showcasing the nature and beauty of Technohub in my social media feed…. aside from working of course :)

What’s your daily routine like for working?

I try to have as normal a routine as possible, with regular wake up times, and get some exercise in but as PEO supports multiple regions across the globe sometimes that's very hard to do.  I try and fit in 3 healthy meals and I have been enjoying my own cooking.

I practice gratitude.

What’s your daily routine like for working?

I usually start my day at 4am to cover emails and backlogs but adjusts on some days depending how late meetings end in the afternoon/night. I take( or I try to)  short breaks every hour to drink some water or rest my eyes. I shut off the laptop for an hour lunch break or do personal stuffs when I have a window before the next meeting. I have refrained from working on weekend as a new resolution to have a work life balance so I try to finish all that I can within the week.

What do you do to recharge each day?

I started cooking my meals instead of ordering from my land lady. By doing so, my mind is kept busy thinking about what to cook and how to cook :) instead of work. I also spend some time coloring by numbers using an app after work but I try to avoid spending much time in this because I have the tendency to do a time motion study by recording how much pictures I can color within a certain time and improve the TAT. Then there is Netflix binge- watching during weekends.

What do you miss most about being in the office?

The AC, the short walks to Festive Mall, taking the cab after work and just watch the sceneries on my way home and the people. I miss eating breakfast at the pantry with the editors, joining huddles or just being able to stop by their stations and see how they are. And also the many facial expressions of Paul, Lirie and Mabel :) during meetings.

What's the first thing you'll do when we return to office?

I owe my team mates( Iloilo Supervisors) so much for all their hard work, so I would like to thank them personally.  I promised the Analytical Teams some pizza,  so ordering and treating everyone will the be the first in the to do list.

What’s your daily routine like for working?

Before working, I cook breakfast, eat with my family, and get my daily dose of caffeine. Once I had my coffee, it will be keyboard clacking, zoom meetings, MS teams meetings until 12 or 1pm that we get to eat lunch (I no longer cook lunch, my sister-in-law is in charge of it as I can no longer get off from my laptop). After lunch, another round of meetings and typing. *you may have noticed that bath time is not indicated. LOL! That’s cause most of the time, I am only able to take a bath after work, haha!

What do you do to recharge each day?

Aside from coffee, I get a minute or two of power hug from my husband.

What do you miss most about being in the office?

The face-to-face “tsismis” but kidding aside, my friends.

What's the first thing you'll do when we return to office?

I may get too excited seeing the faces of everyone, so a “kilig” scream.
