A menacing darkness was looming over our country
COVID-19, the lung infection worth denying its entry
A malevolence taking the breath of our brethren away
What should we do, that’s all we say.

The moment this darkness starts to spread
REPH, our company, acted fast to avoid all the dread
Work from home, that’s what they declared
We work out of harm’s way, so we needn’t be scared.

And afraid, we haven’t been
I can work, I can breathe, and on my face, a wide grin
For the love of its employees, REPH never egressed
Now in the safe confines of my home, my family and I can rest.
